These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of projobmitra.com (the "Platform"), operated by WIGO INDIA. By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in India (for job seekers) or legally authorized to hire on behalf of your organization (for employers) to use this Platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, resume, and job postings.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or plan limits.

3. For Job Seekers

• Your profile and resume may be viewed by employers with an active subscription plan.
• You can control your profile visibility from your dashboard settings.
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview opportunities.

4. For Employers

• Job postings must be genuine, legal, and non-discriminatory.
• Resume access purchased through a subscription plan is for genuine hiring purposes only — not for resale, redistribution, or any other commercial use.
• We reserve the right to remove job postings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscription plans are valid for the duration specified at purchase and do not automatically renew unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform without authorization
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for the accuracy of job postings, candidate information, or outcomes of any hiring process conducted through the Platform. We are not responsible for disputes between job seekers and employers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice, at our discretion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
